lines of script on visitor's browser. So, don't enable it unless
it is specifically required.
- You can customize many words used on LiveHuman.
- Change your password.
- Grant various permissions to your operators.
- Enable PreChat and PostChat
windows.
- PreChat window
Request for visitor information like name and email address
before the chat window starts, so that, you can identify your
visitor before they declare.
- Post
chat window. After the chat window is closed,
LiveHuman will ask for the feedback from your visitor. You can
view this feedback on your chat history.
- Set the offline behavior.
- Receive
offline message allows your visitors to send
messages to you when you are offline.
- Launch
a webpage. Opens another web page as set by
you.
- Pop-up
an alert box. Visitor gets a pop-up alert
when they click on the offline image. You can also customize
this message using this control panel.
- Customize your audio alerts.

Customize all
images and skins |
- You can customize the following images and banners using this
window.
- Change your Online
and Offline
images.
- Change your floating move and stop
images.
- Change your banner
image or banner HTML.

- You can now change these images quickly and frequently from
your PC.
- You don't need to come to our web page for this purpose.
- Click on the required button and 'Browse'
to load a local file from your hard disk or provide a valid 'http
link' to your image or banner HTML.

Manage
operators and welcome messages. |
| Startup message |
- Your visitor will see this message as soon as chat window
is launched, before some one picks the call.
- Edit this to suit your company.
- You can use HTML to edit this message and include your
logo or images also.
- You can change this frequently as you wish.
- You can edit this on your own language.
- Click the 'Startup message' button to load the 'Startup
message' on the HTML editor. Modify and 'Update'

| Welcome message |
- Welcome message is displayed when
the operator picks the call.
- Each operator can have their own
set of welcome messages.
- You can use HTML here also.
- Only admin can modify these images.
- You can edit this on your own language.
- Just double click on the operator to load the welcome
message on the HTML editor. Modify and click 'Update'.

| Create operators |
- Click the 'View operators' button on
on the top left to list your operators including yourself.
- If you have purchased additional operators, you
can create your own operators using the buttons below.
- Double click on the 'Operator name' to
modify the welcome message of the specific operator.
- Double click on the 'Status' column to
activate or deactivate the operator.
- If you do any changes on the welcome messages, you have
to click 'Update'
button to update it.
- When you create a new operator, default password of "1234"
is assigned to them.
- Operators can change their password using the link http://www.livehuman.com/operator
whenever they want.
- Operators can download LiveHuman application from a different
PC and provide the following for login.
1. Your admin username.
2. Operator username.
3. Operator password.
- Admin does not need to give their master password to
the operators.

| Screen Name |
- Screen name appears on visitor's chat window.
- Visitor will see your messages with this name.
- Click 'Admin' menu and 'Operators...'
menu to reach the window where you can change this screen
name.

Select operator
and click 'ScreenName' button

- Click the top button to list your operators.
- Select the operator to whom you wish to change the screen
name.
- Click the "Screen Name" button
and provide the required screen name.
- Now, your visitor will see your screen name instead of
username.
[Ex. Visitor will see 'Jenni'
instead of 'jennifer']
