- You can change this as you wish on your own language.
- Use any standard HTML to format this word.
- If you enable "PreChat window", your visitor's
name will appear here instead of the word customized by
you.

- You can change this as you wish.
- HTML is not allowed here.

- When operator types, visitor will see this message on
the bottom right of the chat window.
- "Operator typing..." is the
default message. You can change this as you wish.

messages.

will appear as above.
