1. How to embed the LiveHuman image on my web page?
Embed the single line script below on all your webpages. Don't include this inside another script tag.

Replace the username with your username. This script will load your online or offline images on the page. You can align the HTML based on the size of the online-offline image (any size) you uploaded.
2. How will this affect my page alignment?
Below is the script you have to embed on your page.

This is equivalent to the Image tag below:

Default width and height of your online-offline images are considered. You can align your HTML pages using this image tag and later replace with the LiveHuman script.
3. How many web sites can I monitor using a single user account?
You can manage as many web sites as you want with a single account. You can provide the username of other accounts. We will link them together. You can monitor and manage your clients of various domains using a single livehuman application.
4. How can I save the activity list to a file?
Right click on the activity list. You will see the menu option to saving or append the current list to a text file or database.
5. How to save the chat transcript as HTML file?
You can do this from the 'Calls' tab or 'Log' tab. Right click on the required item and click the 'Save transcript' menu item.
6. What are the minimum system requirements?
- LiveHuman application runs on any version of Windows XP and up.
- Built-in HTML editor will be enabled if you have IE version 5.5 or above.
- LiveHuman chat client works on any JavaScript enabled browsers.
7. What about additional operators?
You can purchase license for additional operators as you desire. Operators also can chat internally. We have many packages for this. See our pricing details
8. Can I just track my visitors without any online off line images?
Add the string ' =NOIMAGE ' at the end of your username. Now, this page will have all the tracking capabilities except displaying online/offline images.

9. What can I can customize in the LiveHuman chat window?
Once you become a paid member, you can customize many aspects of the chat window. You can do these changes from your LiveHuman application itself. Click "Admin" menu and "Customize Images" submenu to view the related controls.
You can change the Online / Offline images. You can even have an animated GIF. Any size.
- You can have the 112 x 172 pixel size banner of your own. This could be an animated image file or a small HTML page with many links or even a Flash Presentation.
- You can also change the floating Invite images to any size and type.
- You can even change the complete background skin with your own image.
- The welcome message and startup messages are customizable.
- The screen name your visitors will see is customizable.
- The 'Send' button also could be changed.
10. Can I monitor the activity of my operators?
As an administrator you can monitor your operator's activity. Click "Admin" menu and "Previous Chat Transcripts" submenu. You have several options to monitor the following activities of your operators.
- Your operator's Online/Offline timings.
- No of calls handled by each operator.
- Duration of each call.
- Rating given by the visitor for the chat sessions.
- Unattended calls. (You can also view the text if any typed by the visitor).
- Complete chat transcript of all the sessions.
- You can even view the active chat currently going on.
11. Is it possible to view the chat session of my operator?
Yes. You can view the complete chat transcripts of your operators. You can even view the currently active chat using the "Query Analyzer". Click "Admin" and "Previous Chat Transcripts" menu to view this. Click the 'Help' button on this window to get more help on this topic.
12. Do you have a reseller program?

13. Forgot to logout from a PC and left the place. How to logout remotely?
If you login using the same username and password from your current place, your previous instance will logout automatically. Your 'password' and 'remember password check box' also will be removed from the remote PC for security reasons.

15. Can I customize the chat window background?
Yes. You can change the background skin using livehuman application itself. Click "Admin" and "Customize Images" menu.
16. I want receive offline messages on more than one email. Is this possible?
Yes. You can.- Go to "Admin" and "Control Panel".
- Click the "Offline behavior" button.
- Enable "Receive Offline messages" option.
- Enter the email where you would like to receive offline messages. If you want to receive this on more than one email, add them also separated by semicolon.
17. How long are the contents of the chat conversation stored by LiveHuman?
When you have a chat conversation with a customer, the text from that chat is automatically saved for you. After 2 months, we purge those files from our computer to make room to store future conversations.
18. How do I create a department?
Under the menu item Admin/Manage Operators, you can list all your operators. Select one operator and click on the ‘Assign a group’ button. You will be able to create a new department or select an existing one.
19. Can I see the query made by my visitor that led to my website?
In the ‘Details’ window, you can find the “Referrer” field. This field refers to the web site your visitors came from. If they came from Google after a search, you would be able to see it. As well, you can click on the ‘Referrer’ button, at the bottom of the ‘Detail’ page and the exact page including the visitor’s query will open in your internet browser.
20. How many simultaneous chat can you handle?
There is no internal limitation to the number of chats you can handle.
21. How do I use LiveHuman on an Ebay store?
An Ebay store does not allow javascripts to run. So you should use the DirectLink option and put the following HTML code:

Don’t forget to replace the “username” string by your account name.
