What’s New with LiveHuman Chat?

Version 5 is a complete UI redesign over Version 4. We have been listening closely to our customers and based on their feedback, we have significantly improved the user experience of the LiveHuman console. See screenshots here.

New live support features:

1. New Menu Look and Feel
2. New Toolbar design
3. Dynamic Windows Pane and sizing
4. Top Level Details Pane – Permanent display of a visitor’s details
   • Graphical geographic information
   • Time information
   • Computer details – browser type, OS version, etc.
   • User details – user name, email, etc.
   • Integration with MSN Maps
5. And many more tweaks to improve usability

And all of this on top of our existing rich feature list.

Upgrading from Previous Version

You can install Version 5 without uninstalling the previous version. The 2 versions will run one next to the other. Once you feel comfortable with the new version, you can uninstall the old one.

Version 5 is fully compatible with previous versions. You don't have to change any settings, or change the HTML script on your page. Once you login with your username and password, it will automatically pick up the right configuration.
