LiveHuman Query Analyzer
This is one of the powerful features of LiveHuman. You can get the complete statistics of your past activities. You can also get the activity of your operators including the last message they typed. Set any 'From' and 'To' date to make a query. You can get the following data of your operators.
- No of calls handled and the details of unattended calls.
- Operator's login, logout, offline and online activities.
- Start of a chat session and its duration.
- Rating given by the visitor.
- IP address and address of the page from where the visitor originated the chat.
- Visitor's referer information.
- Old or new visitor identification.
- Visitor's browser and operating system information.
- You can also view the lag time between the chat start by visitor and operator response.
- Complete chat transcript of the visitor and operator.
- Time stamp option of all events and Calendar based date selection.
Only administrators have access to this Query Analyzer.
Press F6 or select Admin menu from your application to start.
How to use the LiveHuman Query Analyzer
- Click F6 or select the Admin menu from the main application to open the Query Analyzer.
- Start of the day (00:00 hours) and current time is set as default start and end time for the query.
- Click the small button left to the 'Start time' label to set the current time.
- You can also click the small down arrow button on the right of the date to open the 'Month Calender'.
- Click the
button or press F6 or press Enter to start the query. - You will get the list of operators and the calls handled by them within the time specified.
- Select the operator. You will see an icon positioned on the selected row.
- Now you have the option of getting the operator log or the call details.
- Double click on the required column of click the button below.
- If you click the call details, you will get the details of the calls listed on the top list box.
- This includes IP address, Start time, Duration, Rating, Actual start and end *, originating page, repeat information, referer and the visitor's browser and operating system information.
- Right click and select Preview menu or press F9 to view this information in the client window below.
- Double click on the required call to view the complete chat transcript.
- Check the Time stamp box and click the small 'Refresh' button right to that to view the transcripts with time stamp.
- Use the small scroll bar to navigate through pages if you have more than one page.

* If the actual start and end time of the seelcted session is bigger than the selected start and end query time, this will be useful to get the acutal start and end time of the session.
Note : All date and time of the query and results are related to your local computer time.
